The Kryn are a race of humanoids whose origin lies far across the galaxy. 50,000 years ago, they arrived on Earth in the accompaniment of two other humanoid races: the Atlantians and the Amarans. The Amaran mothership did not survive re-entry, and the Kryn and the Atlantians blamed one another, sparking a war that continued until only recently. Stripe began his rule when his parents were killed in battle, but he lived in exile from his city of El Dorado for many years after it fell to the Atlantian sorcerer Gyphon. He regained his throne when Gina and Cheetah stumbled across the hidden city and helped Stripe defeat Gyphon and establish peace with Atlantis. Stripe is a very cautious and stolid ruler who has worked hard to be the most intelligent and physically capable leader possible. Although he has dearly loved Britanny since their first meeting, he has found her quite intimidating and has only recently worked up the courage to ask her to marry him. Shortly before the marriage was to take place, Stripe received a distress call from his home planet of Aebra which was under attack by The Dynasty. Stripe and the citizens of El-Dorado along with the help of Gina and friends were able to save the Kryn from extinction but not before most of it's population was killed. It's unknown at this time if Stripe is still considered a Kryn Prince after returning to Earth due to the fact that most of his subjects stayed behind on Aebra to help repopulate the planet. Stripe now faces the challenge of adjusting to married life with Britanny.
